Bermula dari niat mengganti Netbook Lenovo IdeaPad S-10 yang dirasa sudah cukup berumur, ane langsung browsing sana-sini untuk cari Notebook yang pas dengan budget & keinginan.
Karena dari awal niat beli Notebook brand ASUS, saya segera meluncur ke situs ASUS Indonesia untuk melihat katalog terbaru(Oktober-November 2012). Akhirnya, ane memutuskan untuk membeli Notebook ASUS A46CM-WX095D.

Pros & Cons

+Desain tipis, aluminium, pokonya cantik deh gak kalah dengan Ultrabook (plus ini ada optical drivenya).
+Dual GPU, jadi menyesuaikan, misal pekerjaan "ringan" pake Intel, kalau "berat" otomatis pakai NVDIA.
+Chiclet keyboard, gampang dibersihkan dari debu.
+Spesifikasi worth it, cukup untuk multimedia, gaming, work (for me).
+Touchpad multitouch, bisa pakai gesture untuk navigasi.
+Dikasih drivers, tinggal klik sekali, lalau otomatis install di Windows.
+Speaker kencang, tapi suara tidak pecah

-Karena body aluminium, kadang suka ada "setrum" kecil saat charging (tenang, gak bikin kaget)
-No OS, tapi toh bisa beli terpisah.

Setelah install Win7 Home Premium beserta driversnya, cuma sempet tes game Street Fighter X Tekken, graphics settings mentok kanan semua, dapet score ranking A (score 5668.000, Average FPS 59.318)

Overall puas dengan Notebook ini, spesifikasi cukup sangar, desain cantik, harga relatif bersahabat. Untuk yang sedang cari Notebook gahar berdesain a la Ultrabook, saya rekomendasikan A46CM ini emoticon-thumbsup
