Update - Weapon Enforce for both human and akkan now only adds damage to level 1.5
If you have learned 4-6 WE or above 1-5, you can go ahead and delete it down to 1-5

Why did we change it? Simple, to remove buff bots from being used in RYL. We feel if you nerf the advantage this skill gives there will be no need for gunners and archers to play buff bots on our server.

mereka mengubah itu spaya ga ada arcer n gunner yg make bot paket/encan, spya job tersebut bisa lbh berbaur kedalam PT
