What is Monster Galaxy?
Monster Galaxy is Gaia’s newest game on Facebook! It's a free-to-play battle and collection adventure game; collect all Mogas and become a Moga Master.

What are the various ways to get some help?
If you need ______:
• Help with a specific issue/bug….then let us know by clicking the “Contact Developer” link at the bottom-left corner of the Monster Galaxy page. Please provide details of your situation…the more you provide, the faster we can help.

• To chat with other Monster Galaxy users and gain tips….then go to the Monster Galaxy fan page’s Wall and post there. We’re also on there and we’ll help you out!

• To tell the world how awesome Monster Galaxy is…click on the Reviews tab above and give us a rating (only 5 stars please! Just kidding!). If we didn’t earn 5 stars, tell us why and we’ll do the best we can to change it…use the “Contact Developer” link at the bottom-left corner of the Monster Galaxy page.

• To see what some of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are, click “Support” in the above menu (you may have to click on the “>>” first). We’re still building out that section, so if you think of a question that you think should be added there, please suggest it by using the “Contact Developer” link stated in the first bullet above. We’ll see if we can add your name next to it if it gets chosen (huge braggin’ rights!).

What does a “Oops! Something went wrong, we're going to have to restart” error mean?
This can happen if your browser setting has been changed to not accept 3rd party cookies. In order to play Monster Galaxy, your browser needs to be able to accept cookies. You can enable them very easily by following the steps outlined here for your browser.

How do I get more Blue Coffee?
You can buy Blue Coffee at the Sky Shop or get it by fighting Mogas – they may drop Blue Coffee and other items.

How do I get more Starseeds?
You can buy Starseeds anytime from the Sky Shop or get them from battling Mogas – they randomly drop Starseeds and other items.

How do I get more Whistle Trees?
Add more Facebook friends! There are Whistle Trees in every homestead to harvest. Make sure to water yours and your friends’ trees in order to grow more whistles.

How do I heal/rest a monster?
Take a nap or use Blue Coffee. You can rest your Mogas at Home by clicking on the Moga and selecting the nap icon (Zzzzz…) or click the Blue Coffee for instant healing. Alternatively, if you’re in battle with another Moga, you can use Blue Coffee for instant healing. Please note: you will lose a turn while battling after using Blue Coffee.

What is a Blue Coffee?
Blue Coffee replenishes your health and attacks instantly. You can use Blue Coffee during battle or at Home for a quick energy boost as a fast alternative to napping.

What is a Starseed?
Starseeds enable you to capture weakened Mogas and add them to your collection. Be careful not to use them just anytime, because you will lose a turn if the enemy Moga isn’t weak enough to be captured.

What is a Whistle Tree?
Whistle Trees grow whistles which you can use to call on your Facebook friends to jump in and help you in battle.

Where can I find a Whistle Tree?
You can find your own Whistle Tree at your Home. You can also find Whistle Trees at your Facebook/Monster Galaxy friends’ Homes. You can collect whistles from the Whistle Trees daily.

Why should my Mogas nap?
Resting recharges your Moga's health and attacks. You can rest your Mogas at Home by clicking on the Moga, then selecting the nap icon (Zzzzz…).

How do I capture a Moga?
Enemy Mogas can be captured in battle when their health is low by throwing out a Starseed. The circle in the middle of your attacks will say "capture" when your enemy's health is low enough. Clicking the circle will tell you the likelihood of success and ask if you want to try to capture. You can also click "use item" on the right side to throw a Starseed. Be careful not to use Starseeds just anytime because you will lose a turn if your attempt fails.

It's freezing when I try to enter or start the game. Why?
There can be many reasons why this is happening, so the fastest way to get to the root cause is to try a few tests in this order:

1) Are you able to play the game on a different computer? If yes, then we know it's something specific to your computer. Go to the next step.

2) Are you able to try the game using a different browser? Almost all Windows PCs have Internet Explorer installed on it, so can you try it with that? If you're already using IE, how about testing it with FireFox? (free at [url]www.mozilla.org[/url]) If you can play Monster Galaxy in one browser but not another, then the cause is probably browser-specific. Try step 3.

3) Have you tried clearing your browser's cache?

Depending on what your root cause was, one of these steps should get you going. If one of the steps above resolved your issue, please tell us what your symptoms were and which step worked for you. Tell us by clicking the "Contact Developer" link at the bottom-left of the Monster Galaxy page and copy/paste this FAQ. Thanks for helping us help everyone else faster!

Can I restart or reset my game?
In order for your account to be reset to its original state, please copy/paste the info below and add your answers to the end of each line.

Let us know that you understand the risks, and we'll go ahead and start you over.

- When a reset is done, you will lose all of your Moga data, all of your Mogas, and it will be just like playing the game fresh for the first time. Are you sure you want to start from the beginning, lose everything, and select a new first Moga? Answer here:

Can I delete a Moga from my Mogadex if I no longer want it?
Sorry, but currently you cannot delete a Moga from your Mogadex. Once you have caught a Moga it will remain in your collection. You can choose, however, not to use or level up that Moga. *Note: In the future, the ability to delete Mogas from your Mogadex may be coming.

Do I have to use real money to purchase stuff in the Sky Shop?
Yes, you’ll need to purchase Starcoins in order to buy things in the Sky Shop. You can purchase Starcoins by using Paypal or Facebook credits.

How do I change my team?
When at Home you can change your team through your Mogadex. The Mogadex is in the upper left corner. Select a Moga, then click and drag it to an empty slot in the Team box at the bottom.

How do I go back to the game from the Mogadex?
Click the orange X in the upper right hand corner of the page.

How do I level up a Moga?
Fight, fight and fight some more! Each of your Mogas who damages the enemy and survives will gain a share of the defeated Moga's experience.

How many Mogas are there?
Monster Galaxy has over 120 different Mogas. Can you catch them all?

What is the Mogadex for?
The Mogadex keeps track of your collection of Mogas. You can mix and match your team, as well as watch the health and level status of your Mogas.

What is the Sky Shop?
The Sky Shop is where you can buy more Blue Coffee and Starseeds to use in the game.
