6. QA SOFTWARE TESTER

Responsibilities:

• To perform system testing and end-user testing on our suite of solutions, comprised of web based applications, mobile apps on both Android and iOS platform.
  
• Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the software solution.
  
• Work closely with the development team and also the product owners, to ensure the quality of software produced by the company.
  
• Research on new technologies or competitors solution and make recommendations.
  
• Prepare test cases and test scripts based on functional specifications.
  
• Assist product owners in documenting functional specifications and any other business requirements.
  
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• IT people with great interests in software quality assurance

7. BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate regular meetings with business partners to understand the strength and weaknesses of their operations to determine opportunities to optimize and automate processes and functions.
  
• Ensure business requirements are gathered and mapped in the new system. Document process flows, key configuration, interfaces and transactions in the new system landscape.
  
• Support the business process with issue identification and resolution, and process optimization. Investigate resolution to issues and notify appropriate staff.
  
• Facilitate organize patch testing activities, data clean-up/migration activities to support key users and team members.
  
• Develop strong business and system knowledge relating to assigned functional areas.
  
• Understand and maintain master data governance for supported functional area.
  
• Participate in the creation of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans during the Requirements definition phase of the Blueprint planning and review/validate UAT results for alignment with business requirements.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in a technology, business, engineering, math, or other related field of study.

9. PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
  
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
  
• Execute the project according to the project plan
  
• Develop forms and records to document project activities
