To support our positive growth, our customer service team, which is a very critical role in our business, is expanding.
We are looking for immediate start:
**Customer Service Officer**
Job description:
- receive customer requests via multiple channels like Live Chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or phone calls, analyze requests, provide information requested or route this to another team
- responding professionally and making sure customer problems is solved within shortest time
- handles high volume of inquiries and dozens of phone calls
- coordinates with supervisor for handling important customer complaints
- passes information to other teams and actively contributes to product development
Requirements:
- bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2/3 years of experience in related fields is a must
- automotive knowledge is preferable but not a must
