• SPV (Supervisor) S1 Max 35 Years Old
• Video Maker (VM) S1 Max 35 Years Old
• Graphic Design (GD) Max 35 Years Old
• Copy Writer (CW) Max 35 Years Old


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Man/Woman
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Min Bachelor Degree / S1 (S1 Economic, Law & Other)
• IPK Min: 3.00
• Ability to operate computers, Windows, Office, etc
• Preferably have experience in Call Center / Customer Service Banking (as per Position)
• Has followed and won the competition in the field of Call Center in national and International level ( for example ICCA & CCW )


SKILL & EXPERIENCES
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Self Confident
• Good typing skills
• Understanding of basic Microsoft Office application IS A MUST
• Experienced in Customer Service Office / Representative (Inbound – Outbound) min 1 Year IS AN ADVANTAGE
• Good command of the English language IS A MUST
• Operational management skill
• Customer Service Skills
• Understanding Microsoft Office application IS A MUST
• Creative, Innovative and dynamic for Video Maker (VM), Graphic Design (GD) and Copywriter (CW) position
• Able technic Design and Layout (2D, 3D & Animation) for Graphic Design (DG) Position
• Able to make animation video, Motion Graphic and others video for Video Maker (VM) Position
• Have Skill writing creative text for title, promotion, article, jingle, tagline, script for Copy Writer (CW)Position
