Perusahaan Retail H&M Tersandung Kasus Rasisme, Kecaman Berdatangan
Rasisme merupakan perbuatan yang sangat tercela. Tidak ada satu Negara, Agama, bangsa didunia ini yang mendukung sikap rasis.
Baru-baru ini salah satu perusahaan retail terbesar di dunia H&M terkena masalah rasisme. Permasalahan ini berawal saat H&M mengupload salah satu produknya di galeri online shopnya. Produk yang di upload ini ternyata langsung viral di USA dan dunia. Bagaimana tidak, dari tulisan dan model di produknya menuai kecaman dari warga USA dan dunia di media sosial.
Gansis penasaran kenapa ini produk dikecam oleh berbagai pihak? Dengan kekuatan kuota sekarat inilah dia produknya, so CEKIDOT.

Gansis lihatkan? Di produk sweater terakhir, model seorang bocah berkulit hitam memakai sweater hijau bertuliskan "Coolest Monkey in The Jungle". Tak butuh waktu lama, produk yang diupload oleh H&M langsung dikecam di media sosial oleh berbagai pihak. Seperti yg TS rangkum.

Pihak H&M sendiri telah meminta maaf secara resmi kepada masyarakat atas kasus ini. Sebagaimana dilansir oleh New York Times, CNN, dan media lainnya. Pihak H&M telah menghapus model di produknya dan tidak akan menjual produk ini di USA bahkan juga didunia. Mereka juga berjanji akan melakukan investigasi internal atas kasus ini.
“We understand that many people are upset about the image of the children's hoodie. We, who work at H&M, can only agree.
We are deeply sorry that the picture was taken, and we also regret the actual print. Therefore, we have not only removed the image from our channels, but also the garment from our product offering globally.
It's obvious that our routines haven't been followed properly. This is without any doubt. We'll thoroughly investigate why this happened to prevent this type of mistake from happening again".
The company said in a statement.

Gansis! Bijaklah menggunakan internet dan juga media sosial. Hal-hal sensitif apapun jangan pernah diunggah, karena bisa mendapatkan kecaman dan juga hinaan dari masyarakat luas. Jika sudah berbuat salah, alangkah baiknya segera meminta maaf dan tidak mengulanginya lagi.
