Assistan Manager
Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:
• To possess a busy, emotionally taxing job that requires them to be incessantly on their toes and ready for the worst-case scenario. They ensure that the hotel operates efficiently and effectively when the General Manager is not there. Assistan Managers must have a kind personality, an excellent attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:
• Male or Female, Max. 30 Years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management /Communication/Marketing/Manajement or equivalent with GPA : 3.00.
• Speaking good English & Communicative
• Having at least one year experience in similar position in 3 - 5 stars hotel capacity
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
• Having right Attitude towards the roles & responsibilities
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positive mind set
• Independent, result oriented, tough and able to thrive in a fast paced and energetic environment
• Emerging ability to build relationship with all staff hotel
• Computer literacy

Marketing

Responsibilities:
• The Sales Manager assists the Director of Sales and marketing activity to increase corporate client base through consistent solicitations while establishing trust and rapport with clients to generate and boost revenues for the hotel.

Requirements:
• Male or Female, Max. 30 Years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management/Communication/Marketing/Manajement or equivalent with GPA : 3.00.
• Spaking good English & communicative
• Having at least one year experience in similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel capacity
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Having the right attitude towards the roles & responsibilities

Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Monitoring staff and team and create environments works efficiently and effectively
• Provide orientation for new staff and regular training all staff
• Handle complaint properly
• Ensure all staff/ division to work according to the specified Job Description
• Analyze and Improve quality products, customer satisfaction, operational cost (materials and staff), service quality and cleanliness

Requirements
• Male or Female, Max. 30 Years old.
• Candidate must possess at least SMK Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel or equivalent
• Spaking good English & communicative
• Having at least two year experience in similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel capacity
• Preferably Assisten Manager/supervisor specializing in Food and Beverage or Hotel
• Having the right attitude towards the roles & responsibilities
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skill
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positive mind set
