Herewith we would like to inform the job opening on the position of Clearance Support Admin. We open 10 sit for this positions. Application for these positions is opened until November 2016.

Below please find Role and Responsibility as well as qualifications need.

CLEARANCE SUPPORT ADMIN

Requirements :
Male or Female ,age max. 27 years
At least 1 years of working experience as Administration Staff or export-import staff
Fresh Graduated are welocome to apply
Educations : min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree (Logistic or Management Transport will be an advantages)
Have a good communication skill in English (oral and written).
Good computer operation skill especially MS Office, email, etc.
Have a strong motivation to work, willing to work overtime, willing to work as team, initiative and quick learner.
Willing to be placed in Cengkareng
Wiling to be contracted

Responsibility :
Meet with client or customer
Checking Segregation
Preparing / mapping document.
Checking Description item & HTS before send notification related required import regulation.
Communication with consignee about their shipment by phone.
Send confirmation of pre-alert / arrival shipment if need any supporting document to consignee as importer for clearance process
Monitoring for clearance progress and update to consignee.
Monitoring email in clearance distribution list for any query about clearance procedure from customer also from internal
Make sure all notification done within the same day and the documentation fulfilled to be handed over to PIBK team / Custom for continue process.
Handling special monitoring on importation for several customers which consider as Key Account Customers and giving a special treatment to make both customer and company success
Monitor daily performance, create roster and segregation
To handle ke Account, Non Key Account and FTZ Customer as well
Sending notification shipment of DHL to customer in the same day with no delay and collate the clearance document and coordinate hand over of these document with the assigned broker in timely manner
Helping customer to solve problems regarding clearance process based on import regulation
Monitoring and maintenance own pool of shipment as well, review the shipment inbound reportto ensure that shipment are worked on a daily basis
