Job Descriptions:

Refers to a plethora of services by which enterprises provide assistance to users of technology products. In general, technical support services address specific problems with a product or service rather than the provision of training, customization, or other support services.

Requirement:

Working knowledge & experience using the following:

• Bachelor Degree in IT /Computer Science or a related discipline. Professional certificates will be an advantage
  

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience
  

• Business Analysis in requirement gathering and perform testing
  

• Ability to manage stress well under difficult situations and when dealing with issues and deadlines
  

• Ability to leverage on available tools such as subscription services, internet or other online services to support business functions
  

• Continuous self-learning and self-initiating
  

• In depth knowledge in Networking, Hardware and Operating System
  

• Strong IT functional/technical skills, experience, and Problem Solving
  

• Prior experience in Service Centre will be an added advantage
