Minimum requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree (D3)
  
• Experience in customer service for minimum 1 year
  
• Good communication and presentation skills
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills
  
• Skills in Microsoft Office
  

Job descriptions:

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  
• Resolves customer's complaints mainly through emails
  
• Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
  
• Escalate customers's issue to supervisors or more experienced employees
