We are looking for an Indonesian Customer Support Officer to join our team. The key responsibilities of the role include:
Dealing, assisting clients with queries and questions
Resolving product and service related issues promptly and professionally
Promoting available products and services to clients
Interacting with other departments
Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results

You must meet the following criteria:
Excellent proficiency in English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational and analytical skills
Computer literacy
Willing to work in Surabaya
Knowledge in Forex is a plus
