• Female, max. 28 years old and good appearance
• Min. D3 secretarial
• Experienced in multitasking at corporate management level (accounting, legal, HRD etc…)
• Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), fast and accurate typing is a MUST
• Fluent in English spoken and written, good filing skills,
• Able to work in detail, well organized (psycho test will be performed)

#2. Receptionist (GA Dept.)
Responsible to receiving incoming phone calls, correspondences and visitors, booking ticket & realted admin, prepare a number of reports related to employee activities (taksi, phone list, etc…)
• Female, max. 25 years old and good appearance
• Min. D3 any major
• Proficient with computer min. Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, familiar with travel arrangement, good filing skills, fast and accurate typing is a MUST
• Able to work in detail, well organized (psycho test will be performed)

* Has own car/motorcycle & driving licence
* Able to work with team
