Membuka lowongan untuk posisi Store/Operation sbb:
1. Store Crew (Kode: SC)
Job Descriptions:
- Creating inspiring and genuine juicing experience for customers
- Serving customers in genuine
- Fresh and honest attitude and in a specified quality standard
Requirements:
- Age 18 - 26 years old
- Outgoing, genuine, eager to learn
- Minimum SMK/SMU or similar education from tourism and hospitality or social sciences universities.
- Experiences in hospitality, food and beverage, and retail are advantages
- Possess an outgoing personality and great customer service skills
- Willing to work in shift hours, weekend and/or public holidays
- Domicile prefer in Jakarta & Tangerang area.
2. Shift Leader (Kode: SL)
Job Descriptions:
- Creating inspiring and genuine juicing experience for customers
- Supervise store crew in genuine, fresh and honest attitude
- Ensure all company policies, store standard and procedures are communicated and followed effectively to store crew
- Contribute to increase sales at store and creatively seeking opportunity to achieve best store target
- Give best and inspiring service excellence to customers
- Maintain and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements:
- Age 24 – 27 years old
- Minimum education background in high school or vocational high school, major in hospitality & F&B is preferable
- Outgoing, genuine and eager to learn
- English proficiency will be the advantage
- Have good experience and track record in F&B, hospitality, and retail industry
- Good communication and team management skills
- Self-driven and enthusiastic with a passion of excellent customer service
- Willing to work in shift and during public holidays
- Domicile in Jakarta and Tangerang area
3. Store Manager (Kode: SM)
Job Descriptions:
- Creating inspiring and genuine juicing experience for customers
- Leading store crew in genuine, fresh and honest attitude
- Ensure all company policies, store standard and procedures are communicated and followed effectively to store crew
- Contribute toward store sales, profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and managing store COGS
- Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, and periodic financial and sales reports
Requirements:
- Age 26 - 31 years old
- Outgoing, genuine and eager to learn
- More than 3 years proven EXCELLENT track records in F&B, restaurants, retails
- Management experience required
- English proficiency will be the advantage
- Good communication, leadership and team management skills
- Self-driven and enthusiastic team builder with a passion of excellent customer service
- Domicile in Jakarta and Tangerang area
