Requirements:
Recruits individuals from various sources to answer the needs for sales force team
Assists research on the type of sales force that will boost sales activity rate
 
Duties and Responsibilities :
Min Education S1 Pyschology
Have experiences in recruitment dept min 1-2 years
Good Communication skill
Willing to Travelling
Have a skill to analyze DISC Test
Have a skill to analyze sales recruitment process
