Ada kebutuhan sebagai Online Marketing Manager, di salah satu klien ane, perusahaan fashion e-commerce. Lokasi kantor di Jakarta Barat.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• This position requires a combination of technical and marketing savvy to optimize search engine rankings
• The successful analyst will be responsible for the execution of SEO/SEM & social media strategies
• Modulation and optimization of PPC campaigns, driving organic traffic. Continuous improvement of processes in terms of keyword development, bid management, texts/creative and landing pages
• Development and control of all activities, especially on-page optimization and high quality link building
• Keyword analysis, search term research and writing ad copy
• Development and training of new employees joining a growing company
• Participation in and control of cross-company projects for process optimization and tool development in the SEO/SEM field
• Working closely with the rest of the marketing and other teams

QUALIFICATION
• Have 3-4 year working experience in SEM/SEO campaigns and e-commerce is preferred (but basically any industry will do)
• Ideally possess a sound knowledge of the Google product portfolio, current web technologies and common SEO tools
• Secure and handling of the context used in the SEM tools and technologies (such as bid-management, tracking, landing page optimization)
• Be proactive in seeking feedback and working collaboratively with creative, business and technical colleagues
• Think out of the box to bring creative, fresh ideas to design engaging and effective multimedia product content
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Having strong analytical skill and problem solving.
• Will be reporting to VP Marketing and supervising 2 people (SEO & SEM Analyst – Manager level)
