We are multinational company, located in Bali needed "IT officer"

Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team to provide responsive, consistent and well quality IT support service to internal users
* Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software infrastructure
* Oversee daily computer systems/server operations and performance
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
* Perform system server monitoring, backups and permissions administration.
* Build and develop IT department to service

Requirements:

* Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
* 3 years working experience in IT Supporting, prefer with supervisory experience
* Solid experience in PC hardware / software / troubleshooting
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 & Microsoft Exchange operations required
* Good communiation and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Experience in working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
* Basic network knowledge
* Basic BIOS knowledge
* Basic Active Directory knowledge
* Age 25 - 35 years old
