History about Jaben started in a small headphone shop lot back in Singapore. Jaben was started by Wilson Yong (which famous for his nickname of “Uncle Wilson”) somewhere in 2005. At first it was just a small store selling some earphones and headphones. The store itself was located on The Adelphi Mall, opposite of Funan Centre in City Hall area. The first few years, the store was renting 1 shop lot which usually got packed during weekend.

By the time went by, it became famous for its fabulous customer service, which allowed people to audition any headphones or earphones based on their preference and unusual way to treat customer. It had lucky draw, free tuna sandwich party and all the fun involved inside. Once people got hooked by Jaben experience, then it would never stop. Moreover, Jaben drove its community by having various exciting events. Last but not least, generosity shared by Uncle Wilson for everyone around Jaben definitely brings Jaben to another level of customer satisfaction.

Jaben Indonesia was opened in Surabaya on January 2010 and now Jaben Network has six branches in Indonesia, included at Jakarta, Depok, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Bali. These Jaben shared same spirit and same concepts as Jaben Singapore. All the brands offered are the same as the ones offered in Jaben Singapore.

It has lots of choices of headphone, earphone, and amplifier brands to choose which enable people to get best combination based on their preference. Moreover all the products offered are backed up by worry free warranty claimant and excellent customer service. Selling price of products offered are the same as the ones offered in Singapore.

5. Candidates must be dynamic, have positive attitude and good teamwork and communication skill
