Web Server Specialist / System Engineer / Administrator (Dedicated Server Management)


Hello there,

We are building a brand new video portal website like Youtube.com and Dailymotion.com
and looking for a web server specialist / system administrator / system engineer
who's highly confident in managing Linux Server (CentOS) + Video Streaming Server.


Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall configuration / development of new video portal web / streaming server (like youtube and dailymotion)
- Collaborate and work with other experts to successfully create a new video platform
- Manage network (topologies, firewall rules, dns, vpn, smooth flow of video streaming)
- Dealing with website / server faults which may arise on website
- Maintenance / upgrading the front-end / back-end of server features frequently


Requirements

- Must be proficient in CentOS / SSH / MySQL / Apache / Security / CDN / server administration
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in web server maintenance especially video streaming server
- Knowledge of developing scalable back-end web services for video portal website
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore
- Familiar with could infrastructures like Softlayer
- Strong server problem solving skills and will to learn new technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, self-disciplined and motivated to achieve
- A good team player, pro-active and process oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours


Work Hour: 9am to 6pm (one hour lunch break)
Overtime: will be paid
Health Insurance: BPJS
Holiday:10 days given annually
