php/perl web programming + custom video player creation specialist


Hello there,

We are building a brand new video portal website like youtube and dailymotion
and looking for a specialist who's confident in php / perl / custom video player creation.
It's better you have at least a couple years of experience in those area
but it's still fine without huge experience if you can manage to take this job easily.


Responsibilities

- Responsible for the overall development of brand new video portal website (like youtube and dailymotion)
- Collaborate and work with other experts to successfully create a new video platform
- Develop a custom video player with full feature integration of ads and up to date streaming / technical functions
- Develop a custom partner / affiliate program to return some of company profit to loyal website contributors
- Dealing with faults which may arise on website
- Maintenance / upgrading the front-end / back-end of website features frequently


Requirements

- Must be proficient in PHP, PERL, MYSQL, web coding and custom video player making
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in similar video projects previously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, self-disciplined and motivated to achieve
- A good team player, pro-active and process oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours


Work Hour: 9am to 6pm (one hour lunch break)
Overtime: will be paid
Health Insurance: BPJS
Holiday: 10 days given annually
