... have lunch regularly with his/her opposite sex colleague, let's say twice or thrice a week on 1 on 1 basis? Your spouse is open with you about this and if you asked anything he/she will always answers. Do you mind? Or i'm just an overthinker?

Fyi, my spouse usually have lunch alone, sometimes with friends. Then this new colleague from the same uni as his/her joined their team and started to join your spouse having lunch. I know there's nothing to be seriously concerned, but deep down inside i still "suka kepikiran"
