In this job description I'm looking for a finance, management, accounting
graduate (perhaps masters) who understands what the following are and can calculate them:
1. common size statements
2. basic ratio calculations
3. a.Free Cash Flow, (FCFE, FCFF)
b. Discounted Cash Flow
4. a. CAPM, WACC & BETA, Terminal value, therefore allowing calc of
Enterprise Value and Intrincsic Value
b. Reverse DCF in order to check the growth rate necessary to achieve the
Intrinsic value (IV) number that has been calculated or the IV range.
5. investment valuation ratios such as:
PE & PEG, EV/EBITDA, P/BV, P/S, P/FCF, Dividend Yield and Earnings Yield
(inverse of PE), NCAV
6. Analysis of Earnings quality and Cash FLow accruals
7. Able to identify the type of business model and critical issues
