Gak masalah gan via jobstreet. Gw dulu kerjaan pertama di KL jg lewat jobstreet dapatnya, wktu itu gw baru tamat jg. Skrg sudah kerja 10tahun dah di KL. Malahan wkt gw apply dulu perushaannya ada tulis hy terima Citizen atau hold relevant residence status baru boleh apply. Gw apply, di call interview, akhirnya mrk nerima dan applykan working permit krn gw foreigner. Intinya tetep berjuang dan jgn nyerah gan! emoticon-Smilie

Requirement:
● A Diploma/ Degree in Computer studies or equivalent with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk/Support environment
● Good knowledge and experience in the area of Service Desk tools – Service-now, BMC, CA, etc
● General knowledge and experience in the area of
● End User Computing hardware, for e.g. PC, laptop, printers, IP phones
● Mobile devices use and email, for e.g. Blackberry, iPhone, iPad
