Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, the next video game in Activision’s hugely successful first-person shooter (FPS) series, has been revealed in a new trailer. The trailer features a futuristic setting, with soldiers wearing exoskeleton suits and leaping great distances, riding hover bikes, fighting cloaked helicopters and using portable cover.
The trailer also features House of Cards star and London's Old Vic artistic director Kevin Spacey as the apparent antagonist, who leads a private military company that has turned on the United States. In a blurb released with the trailer, Activision said: “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare envisions battlegrounds of the future, where both technology and tactic have evolved to usher in a new era of combat for the franchise.”
