PURCHASING STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
  
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to warehouse on schedule.
  
• Coordinate with other departments’ users and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work to meet the criteria and standards required.
  
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, process, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability/analyze potential suppliers. Perform an annual review of existing suppliers in terms of cost, quality, delivery and other pertinent factors.
  
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received; maintain purchasing division performance data, procurement documentation, and all other pertinent information.
  
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others to determine source or trouble and take corrective action.
  

Requirements:

• Male , Age max 30 years old
  
• Bachelor degree in any major (min diploma)
  
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
• Having negotiation skill, self motivated and proactive
  
• Computer Literate especially for Ms. Office
