- Excellent Command over English – Written and Verbal
- S1 Graduate from any discipline with 2-3 years or more of experience in contact center in Report Analyst and WFM management
- Ready to work Monday to Saturday (Half Day on Sat)
- Should be well organized and detailed
- Strong Numerical and Analysis skills
- Proficient in MS office especially MS Access, Excel, Word, PPT (Should be able to work on Complex Logic, Pivot) and preferably worked on some info-graphic software. Added advantage if have exposure to Mini-Tab
- Excellent knowledge on the fundamental of Workforce Management
