URGENTLY REQUIRED

PT. Capple is an Online Game Publisher. The company has been running from May 2011 and has released its first published game in 2011. Our purpose is to give gamers the highest level of convenience and satisfaction from playing our games in a way that leverages on our “gaming” social network platform, high level customer service, and on our extensive network infrastructure, such that enable our customer to achieve maximum level of gaming experience.

GAME COMMUNITY/ SUPPORT


Responsibilities:
Manage the online asset and website also social media (FB, Twitter and Forum)
Plan & executes all community building activities
Creates article related to the game for any publishing matters such as magazine, game portal, etc when it needs. Beside moderates forums (official & non official), web update and other game portal.
Organize and Builds closer relations between various communities.
Responsible in feeding market information regarding all community aspects to increase community anticipation & participation on all company related news
Monitoring community posting & response to forum feedback accordingly, and creates positive ambiance among the players.
Performing CS/escalation/investigation on daily routine ( working together with the product team)
Support of any event execution both online and offline.
Support the Marketing campaign for all games (handle relationship with online and offline media, creating article for feeding offline and online media)
Researches any upcoming trends in the market and collecting data online and offline


Requirement :
At least 2-3 years of related experience with 1-2 years of team management
Have good understanding and passion in the gaming industry is a must
Have a sense of serving
Good communication skill and able to work well with team
Fluently in writing articles and experience using social network, blog, forum, etc
At least Diploma
