Job Description:

Provide support and troubleshooting for software & hardware upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of office computer

General Qualifications:
Good knowledge of hardware, software for installation and troubleshooting of :
-Operating System (Microsoft Family)
-Office Application (Microsoft Office)
-Communication product support (PABX, VoIP, LAN & WAN, Wireless, Active Directory, Internet and Internet)
-Email profile creation and management (Microsoft Outlook)
-Antivirus Support (update patch, clearing viruses, health check)
-Update Windows and Office patch for end user
-Printer driver installation and configuration
-hardware documentation and software license
