Responsibilities:
1. Support customers in the installations, upgrades, and error of the product
2. To monitor daily/weekly IT information and communications

Requirements:
1. Male, max 27 years old
2. Candidat must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
3. Fresh Graduate are welcome
4. Have ability in handling Hardware/software OS installation (Windows) and networking
5. Have capability on handling troubleshooting
6. Able to work individually or as a team
7. Creative, self motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
