Requirements:
• Male
• Minimum Diploma in any major
• Work experience minimum 2 years in Mall / Department Store
• Having knowledge about retail operation, Parking, Security.
• Can work in operational mall working hours or shift
• Honest, leadership skill, responsive
F & B HYGIENE STAFF
Requirements:
1. Male / Female
2. Age : max. 28 years old
3. Education : min. Diploma of Nutrition / Food Technology
4. Experience min. 2 years at same level (restaurant/Mall/hotel)
5. Skills : computer, communication, negotiation, HACCP procedure, presentation
6. Deep knowledge about hygiene procedure, sanitation, food safety, operational procedure
7. Responsive, detail, responsible, assertive, sense of aesthetic
TENANT RELATION STAFF
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age max. 27 years old
• Education min Diploma in any major
• Experience min. 1 year at same level (preferable from Mall)
• Knowledge about lease agreement & tenant operational system
• Skills : computer, administration, English (preferable), communication
• Fast learner, need of achievement, active, responsive
BILLING & COLLECTION STAFF
Requirements:
• Female
• Age : max. 28 years old
• Education : min. Bachelor of Accounting / Financial Management (from reputable University)
• Work experience min. 2 years in same level
• Having knowledge about deliver billing to tenant, prepare aging report & problematic tenant & issue OR
• Skills : computer, English active (preferable), analytical
• Fast learner, assertive, detail, responsible
MERCHANDISING STAFF
Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Age : max. 28 years old
• Education : SMU/K (High School) until Diploma
• Work experience min. 1 years at same level from administration
• Skills : administration, computer & logical-numeric
• Hardworking, high integrity and organized person
ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT STAFF
Requirements:
• Female
• Age : max. 27 years old
• Education : min. Diploma in any major (preferable from reputable University)
• Work experience min. 1 year in same level
• Having knowledge about administration, filling system & correspondence
• Skills : computer, English active, administration, organizing, communication, SAP System (Preferable)
• Fast learner, communicative, can work under pressure, multitasking, adaptable
GRAPHIC DESIGN
Requirements :

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design / Graphic Design
• Minimum 2 years working experience as Graphic Design / Advertising & Promotion
• Preferable having work experience in retail industry / Department Store
• Having skill about Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Corel Draw, AutoCAD
• English active
• Creative, self motivated, initiative, honest, hardworking, fast learner, teamwork
ONLINE MEDIA STAFF
Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Age : max. 27 years old
• Education : Bachelor of Design/IT (from reputable University)
• Having work experience min. 2 years as same level
• English active
• Skills : computer, organizing
• Deep knowledge about social media platforms, respective participants on social media, can be deployed in different scenarios
