Below is a Breakdown of our 5 levels of programmer Grading:

Engineer - Rp14.000.000,-/month
An Engineer is able to understand the requirements document, further question and offer better ways of building a more technically superior project and deliver is on Budget with Superior performance both technically and for the user experience.

Senior - Rp9.000.000,-/month
A senior Programmer is able to pickup the Business logic requirement and implement code professionally and deliver projects with out any support from the other team, with minimal UAT changes, with all projects delivered on budget.

Mid-level - Rp6.500.000,-/month
A Mid-Level programmer has grasped our platform and can work autonomously, deliver projects on budget consistently, but still requires support in the interpretation of requirements documents.

Junior - Rp5.400.000,-/month
A junior programmer is our entry point employee that still needs guidance and is still getting an understanding of our platform.

Intern - Rp3.000.000,-/month
An Internal is a University graduate that may be looking for Part time or Full time experience, with in intentions of becoming a Junior freelancer.

Skill mostly appreciated:
- English language

The workplace will be at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, so applicants from around this region will be highly considered.

All fresh graduate applicants will go through the intern level for 3 month as a training phase with the system.
