1. Help Desk Supervisor
Job Descriptions:
- Ensure that help desk staff listen to and respond to user needs appropriately
- Ensure that help desk staff maintain appropriate tone of voice and professionalism
- Provides Help desk Staff with Training and coaching; uses techniques such as weekly reviews, weekly meetings, and observation
- Manage and maintain an efficient and effective Help desk Team, Understanding user needs and requirements
- Manage and maintain help desk procedure and “ Best Practice”


Job Requirements;
- Age Max 35 years Old
- Bachelor degree in MIPA/IT/Communication
- Having minimum 3 years Experiences
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible, highly motivated, proactive and “can do” working style
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, determine course of action and follow through to successful resolution
- Ability to grasp new concept quickly and innovative ideas to improve Help desk standards
- Preferable has experience as Banking Call Center SPV

2. Supply Chain Supervisor
Job descriptions:
- To manage / supervise stock allocation from APL NDC to all APL Branches for all DVL Products (RX, DTC, Trade )

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any major age between 25 – 30 Years olds
- Having Minimum 3 Years Experiences
- Good Command In English

3. CDG Supervisor
Job descriptions:
- CDG Person who will handle relationship with key account pareto outlet in Samarinda.
- To Nurture Relationship with key a customer
- Direct engagement with customer and directly taking order
- Make sure that all distribution point be implemented such as; Outlet transaction, Reach, Assortment and Sales
- Implementation of programs, creative & innovative
- Monitoring MD & SPG in outlets

Job Requirements:
- Diploma III Degree in Economy Management
- Having Minimum 2-3 years Experiences
- Age between 25 – 35 years old
- Good Command in English
- Willing to travel in the region
- Will be located on Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Manado, Jember, Palu


6. Finance Manager
Job descriptions:
- Costing and recommend pricing for new product, toll manufacturing and export
- Financial evaluation / feasibility study if new product and new business
- Competitive analysis for new product and existing product
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- Age between 30 – 40 years old
- Having minimum 5 years experiences
- Has experience in costing and financial evaluation/Feasibility study
