Lean implementation team - kaizen team

Requirement :
1. Education : Min. Diploma / S1
2. Experience : Min. 1 years in shoe industry (highly considerated)
3. Technical Skills : English, skill in making report, design skill
4. Preferably able to speak mandarin (highly considerated)
5. Good public speaking

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collecting datas and making report
• Work according to company regulation, department needs and procedure
• Gemba ( go see and make improvement ) - analyzing process
