The Position requires experience in the travel industry and skills including airline ticketing, re-issue, refund and voiding knowledge with experience working with reservations systems.
We require candidates to have completed a minimum of high school graduation or GED equivalent with travel agency experience and working knowledge of relevant computer programs a must

Responsibilities Include:

• Be a team player and support the service by delivering consistent and predictable work results
• Help the entire team to provide outstanding customer experience by applying high service level standards
• Escalate and direct ticketing issues with supervisor and seek solutions by contacting airlines and suppliers
• Effectively use knowledge of various administrative tools (Microsoft Office applications, CRM database, etc.) to service and support ticketing department



• Must have 3+ years in a role similar i.e. ticketing team
• Must be able to demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making experience with great can do personality.
• Must be detailed, organized and an effective time manager
• Must be able to successfully prioritize and handling multiple customer priorities
