Posisition Avaible :



Responsibility :

1. Answer calls and respond to emails
2. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
3. Manage and resolve customer complaints
4. Provide customers with product and service information
5. Enter new customer information into system
6. Update existing customer information
7. Follow up customer calls where necessary
8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures


Requirement :

1.Minimal education D3
2. Fresh Graduate are welcome
3. Self motivated
4. Willing to work in shifts
5. English active
6. Computer and Internet Literate
7. Good Communication Skill
8. Call center / Banking experience would be an advantage
9. Maximum age of 35
