Setelah sebelumnya rilis lebih dahulu di 3DS kali ini Capcom akan merilis kembali untuk console dan PC pada bulan May ini,berikut ini confirmasi dari CAPCOM:Prepare to face the evil on board as Resident Evil Revelations comes to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC on May 21st in North Americaand May 24th in Europe as Chris and Jill survive the horror that unfolds on a supposedly abandoned cruise ship.

Resident Evil: Revelations for consoles and PC will include "enhanced" high-definition graphics and lighting, as well as a features not found in the 3DS counterpart. These include a new Raid mode playable character (Hunk), a new enemy, and a harder difficulty option. In addition, new Raid weapons and custom parts will be available in the console and PC versions of Resident Evil: Revelations.

Taking place in 2005, between the events of Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 5, the action centers on BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) member Jill Valentine and introduces her new partner, Parker Luciani. The story is set principally on board a supposedly abandoned cruise ship in the Mediterranean, where Jill and Parker have been sent to search for Chris Redfield, based on his last known GPS coordinates. Far from being empty, the ship hides danger around every corner as Jill and Parker explore the confined space of the ship and must face a menacing new horror that emerges from the darkness.
