For some players the small installer file was not grabbing the files from the faster servers. It will take several hours to download, but with that installer it can go unattended. We did assume most of the Fun Beta stuff would be on Friday through Sunday and planned accordingly. If we didn't do the client this way today and instead did the client a few days ago we would all get stalled on the actual patching process instead. I know it is great to have the files many days ahead, but that was not possible this time.
