We're a small web development studio based in Jakarta, we're looking to hire talented individual to work remotely as our web designer.

Requirements:
- You're creative and fun person to work with
- Minium of 2 years experience with Photoshop, HTML and CSS (tableless)
- Able to design awesome website mockups in Photoshop that follows current web design trends
- Knowledge in converting HTML into WordPress or other CMS themes is also a plus
- Able to slice PSD/PNG into HTML & CSS
- Able to read and write in English
- Knows how to write proper short documentation in HTML / CSS and understand how to write clean and proper codes
- Have a high attention to details
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Able to work with low supervision and deliver results on time
- Have 24 hours internet connection, a broadband connection is a plus
- Able and willing to work Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm). You can work from anywhere but you must stay online during working hours
- Loves to tweet & use other social networking sites but knows the limit using those sites during working hours

Additional Requirements but not Mandatory:
- Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
- Knows how to write semantics & microformat HTML
- Knows how to use git / svn
