Note: Look and seem are linking verbs. Linking verbs are treated a tad differently compared to action verbs. with action verbs, you need adverbs to modify them. Example: - He writes beautifully - Grace sings wonderfully but that's not the case with linking verbs; they are followed by adjectives....
