This National Education System is aimed at educating and providing academic knowledge, skills, and behavior to learners. 3. Diverse System of Educators

IS THE EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDONESIA GOOD?
As we know that the school is identical to the name of learning and teaching. In school students are open just to get material learning, but also get character education to face the community environment. Judging from that statement, is the education system in Indonesia good?

As we know that the school is expected to be a second home for students and students. But there are not many schools that can create proper comfort for their students. As a result, the school became a boring place for its connoisseurs. In addition, indonesia's current education system also tends to change too quickly. WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES AND FUNCTIONS OF EDUCATION IN INDONESIA
Similar to other countries, Indonesia certainly has a goal in building education in his country. The main purpose of this education is of course to develop the potential and educate the people of Indonesia. This purpose is even included in the Indonesian state law which includes:

Law No. 2 of 1985 which says that the purpose of Indonesian education is to educate the life of the nation and develop people as a whole. This is in order to create a man who is afraid of the almighty God, has physical and spiritual knowledge, has noble ethics, is independent, responsible, and has a good personality.

Law No. 20 of 2003 which states that the National Education System aims to develop the potential of learners to become human beings who believe and fear god almighty. Be noble, knowledgeable, creative, innovative, healthy, and independent and can become a democratic citizen.

MPRS No. 2 of 1960 which says that education is useful to form humans in order to have a true Pancasila spirit based on the provisions desired by the 1945 Constitution.

While in terms of educational function is aimed at developing abilities and shaping the character and personality of learners to be better. This is so that later the people of Indonesia can and are able to meet their own needs and help the development of Indonesia towards a better direction.

WHAT IS FORMAL, NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION
In Indonesia alone there are three types of education, namely formal, non-formal, and informal. In the three types of education there are differences that characterize each type. Here are the differences between these types of education:

FORMAL EDUCATION
Formal education is an education that has been structured and has a clear level starting from Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Elementary Education (SD), Junior Secondary Education (SMP), Final Secondary Education (SMA), and Higher Education (University).

NON-FORMAL EDUCATION
Non-formal education is an education other than that in formal education. Non-formal education is usually also carried out in a structured and tiered manner. Non-formal educational outcomes are also valuable on par with formal education programs that can be completed after an equalization assessment by a government institution. One example of non-formail education is taklim assembly, sanggar, job training, and others.

INFORMAL EDUCATION
In contrast to the two types of education above, informal education is a type of education that is not implemented in a structured manner. This formal education path can also be said as family or environmental education. However, the path of informal education is also recognized as the same as formal and non-formal education after the learners pass the national standard education exam.
