Accounting Assistant Manager

I.      DESCRIPTION

a. Responsible for Accounting functions at the company Big Tree Farms. 
b. Ensuring financial transactions either Cash or Accrual Basis correctly and accurately recorded in the accounting system of the company.
c. Ensure that all data, reports, and the company's financial documents exist and tidy for audit purposes (Internal, External, and Taxes), and must be complied with Tax Regulations.
d. Updating Financial Statements both monthly and annual periodical for the purposes of management and investors.
e. Review, implementing and update All accounting SOP related with internal and external transactions.

III. DISCRIPTION OF TASKS

a. Monitoring and review all financial transactions are recorded in the correct accounts in the Post Financial Statements.
b. Monitoring and Review of taxation of all transactions are correctly recorded and supported by Data / Documents adequate.
c. Monitoring and Advisory Functions related to taxation of transactions that occurred in Unit (PPh21, PPh23, VAT, etc.), comply with Indonesia Tax regulation.
d. Monitoring and Review of Fixed Assets recording all transactions and CIP recorded properly supported by Data / Documents adequate.
e. Make Closing Calendar for the target of providing good reports for Internal and External (Investor, Audit, Tax, BI, BKPM, etc.) and ensure its realization correctly and timely.
f. Together with the Head of Finance and Accounting review Profit and Loss and provide simple analysis.
g. Review all balance Sheet account and make Control schedule for BS account
h. Submit monthly report VAT, Withholding Tax and Reviewing Sales reconciliation and monitoring compliance with Output VAT and Custom Documentation (PEB).
i. External Reporting according to the needs and reporting period (BI, LKPM, BPS, CUSTOM, etc.) by requesting a review to superiors.
j. Filling all the reports and Supporting Documents Organized.
k. Working closely with Finance Accounting Manager to prepare yearly Budget, 13 weeks forecast and report Budget VS Actual.
l. Working closely with head of Warehouse to handle monthly Stock taking and cycle account.
m. Do reconciliation between AP Aging in Accounting system against SOA from Vendors.


IV. JOB REQUIREMENT

a. Educational :  Academy/Bachelor Degree  Accounting /Management
b. Having Brevet A/B is good point
c. Experience :  Between 6 – 10 years as an Accounting/supervisor/Assitant Accounting manager/ Cost accounting/ General Tax Accounting
