Responsibilities:
Leading and managing personnel in Technical Service Division to work as integrated team to optimize resources and enhance productivity.
Improving and updating the service practices, process, and scheduling function as well as build up competency of team members to work cohesively with other teams.
Ensuring service is optimized and is undertaken in a safe, timely, and effective manner to achieve the company’s targets.
Requirements:
Male, must possess at least Bachelor Degree majoring Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Having min. 7-10 years of working experience in Elevator Maintenance/Repair
Having the ability to planning and analyzing technical utilities.
Excellent analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Placement: Jakarta
