PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. (“Sampoerna”) is seeking talented people to join as Treasury Analyst Based in Surabaya. YOU will be responsible to:
Perform cash flow projection, taking into account applicable business and operational assumptions, to support decision making & analyze significant variances between actual vs. budget/forecast and provides business drivers
Prepare Monthly Free Cash Flow Report to Management

Coordinate leaf advance payment process with other departments, maintain appropriate analysis the advance funding against forecasted packed leaf delivery from leaf suppliers, and Ensure that valid stand-by letter of credit issued by bank are in place to mitigate the risk over the period of the advance

Perform Treasury Reporting such as Bank Guarantee, Short Term Borrowing, Foreign Currency Forecast, Dividend Proposal, Daily Cash Flow, and Pension Funds Report in a timely and accurate manner

Risk Management : Ensure local insurance contract is prepared in accordance with PMI Risk Management standards, perform global & local insurance renewal reporting on a timely and accurate manner, and coordinate the claim process and follow up the payment from insurance company in the event that claim to the insurance company exist

Qualifications for Treasury Analyst:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance major, with min. GPA of 3.00
-Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting
-Excellent computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
-Hands on experience and knowledge about the SAP – order to cash cycle would be an advantage
-Having good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
-Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
