Job Descriptions :

Processes PR (Purchase Request) from each department or companies.
Communicates with user or survey location to find out specification of Purchase Request as requested.
Looking for a new supplier in internet or market survey.
Makes a PO (Payment Order)
Filing copy of PR and PO.
Receives the delivery of goods from supplier
Goes and buy directly at the market and payment by cash (as special condition).

Requirements :

We are urgently seeking for Purchasing Staff and the candidates should possess the following:

Degree in any field (S1), preferably from accounting or Management
Minimum GPA 3.0
Max.25 years old
Good user of Microsoft Office
Good English proficiency
