yg ane tahu untuk specialized jobs (semacam engineer, dokter) utk fresh graduates mereka lebih milih orang lokal daripada org luar. tapi CMIIW ya ini berdasarkan pengalaman temen ane. memang susah. kalau adapun yg mau nerima paling perusahaan lokal kecil yg belum dapet sertifikat msc.

kalo untuk yg lebih umum kayak bisnis dan IT lebih mudah untuk orang asing.
