SUGGESTION: When TOP FUND is active (have open status), TOP website icon on dashboard could changed color to different one i.e to red, yellow or blue. This could be helpful for all of us, because we will see which one is active and which not. Now, we have to check every page one by one - it takes too much time. Please think about it.

Xjanik: Yes, we considered this idea and hope to implement it by this Friday. We have added the links to funds, will add links to the TOPs' projects and will change a colour. Thank you.

hi alex, i have suggestion, create tool too for all earnings from Obs projects ui (Insulation material, plaza etc) guaranteed in cash, so we can easy sell obs to investor

In this case we would like to announce that all earnings from TOPs' projects are guaranteed in cash!

E.g. I have 200 people who purchased obligations for my project.

In, let's say, 2-3 months somebody will decide to make a withdrawal. How do I know if these earnings are from my project or some other balance?

If you have earned 100$ from me, but made a request for $130, and I did it, it means that somebody will not get these 30$ of difference of his earnings.

Therefore it is important to separate earnings from TOPs' projects and all other balance a client has.

So there will be kind of 2 accounts: a common one, and the other will be for earnings

By this means, a TOP will never withdraw more than needed, and everyone will make their withdrawals when requested.

From our side, we separated the accounts to make sure that everyone will be able to see how much they can withdraw every month. TOPs will see the same numbers, as well.


Berarti disini sedikit dipahami, TOPs Offering Project, sebesar Modal + Earning (+Jaminan Based On Coef). (=dalam bentuk UI Balance)

Saat Project menghasilkan Earning, TOPs WDrnya ke Uinvest
Artinya dari Project sendiri entah TOPs sukses atau tdk dengan Project-nya.

Deviden untuk Uinvestor, bisa di exchange ke CASH by TOPs tersebut.

The lower the commission is, the larger amount is to withdraw.Two factors impact this ratio. They are:

1. BO's ROI.
2. The TOP fund's size.

The size of a TOP fund depends on the risk coefficient. The lower the coefficient is, the smaller TOP fund will be. The smaller fund is, the less amount of money a TOP has to pay as wd. The less he needs to wd, the more attractive fund's commission he can apply.

E.g. I need to collect 1mln, but I can wd only 100K. So I put a commission of 90%. but if I have to collect only 300K, and I can wd 100K, I need to put a commission of about 66%

The decrease of the risk coefficient is a logical decision, and the increase of your wds is a fair step towards your expactations

Rkharrat: Yes, you are right! Once they face such a shortage, more wds will appear. The liquidity issue will be over 100%. Now we can see the tendency towards this result.

We suppose that now or later some of TOPs will notice that it is more difficult to collect UI balance for the TOP Funds, so they will try to get more currency now, at once. This can serve as a boost for projects listing.

iixboys: Funds from a BO come to a TOP. So wds are done by a TOP or his FP. By the way, starting next week we plan to give our TOPs an option to themselves add FPs to their franchise pages.

Mulai muncul Pandawa Lima...

Kalo TOPs sudah mulai aktif dan mulai WDr untuk Project mereka masing masing ke UInvest dari Balance Ui yg jadi jaminan, plus dia dapat return juga dari Project yg di Offer, sepertinya Keseimbangan akan mulai jalan....dan Lakon Semar harus segera TUTUP/Undur diri....
