[PART TIME- WORK FROM HOME] Ecommerce Admin Executive
LITTLECHERRY (www.LittleCherry.sg), a full service eCommerce pet shop based in Singapore, is looking for a part time ecommerce admin executive to help up our small team.

Responsibilities

This is a unique admin role where you will be assisting in all administrative matters within the office as well as managing the administration and operations of our own retail brand. If you want to learn more about e-commerce and enjoy doing different things, this role is for you!

Requirements

  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • General administrative support: Data entry, issue and tracking of sales orders and payments, document filing and other administrative functions on SHOPIFY PLATFORM.
  • Consolidation of documents and managing correspondences internally and within our team.
  • Inventory and stockist management for our retail brand: You’ll help manage our inventory and work closely with our retail partners on stock updates and replenishments
  • Order fulfillment for our retail brand: This involves in archiving orders.
  • Newsletter design: You will be incharge to post up a newsletter on a weekly basis to our customer based. Be creative and create something fun to read.
  • Ad-hoc task related to job
