PT VAPRO Training Indonesia recruits new staff member in the field of Business Development

Originally, PT VAPRO Training Indonesia is a consultancy company for HR development and training in technical areas. We deliver training and staff upgrading tools to Industrial companies, vocational schools and academies. Two years ago, VAPRO developed a small workbarge (15 x 6 meter), named SHIVA-1 with equipments like (mini) excavator, winches, sand pumps, piling, concrete mixing and welding equipments and so on primarily for training purposes but also to execute small near shore water construction projects. Recently VAPRO got an agency contract for selling and delivery of high quality Dutch and European metal scraps in Indonesia.

To empower the business, VAPRO now recruits :



Together with Dutch and Indonesian experts you will develop (new) business in the areas waterconstruction and metalscraps. On request you also contribute to other VAPRO areas like consultancy and training. We expect the right candidate has a technical background (at minimum D3 or S1 level). You also have excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills orally and written in English and Bahasa. You must have minimum 3 years’ experience (and proven success) in Business Development in technical areas and you are willing to develop yourself and the company VAPRO. Your starting salary will be between 7 - 12 Million Rupiah nett per month, excluding high bonuses when you are proven successful in generating business with the work barge and metalscraps, also excluding travel and stay costs. For the right candidate this salary can improve fast. You are settled in Jakarta, but you must be willing to travel all over Indonesia frequently, especially to Surabaya area where SHIVA-1 is based.
