Checkmat-Progressive Mixed Martial-Arts is a unique club where all members shares/learns different techniques and skills to achieve a common goal to be a better individuals.
The club founded by several friends whom have several different types of disciplines but share a common interests of learning/training mixed martial-arts where not only one, but several martial-arts disciplines combined to create a formidable fighting and self-defense techniques. Several disciplines we trains at the club are Boxing, Muay-Thai, San-Shou, TaeKwonDo, Karate, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Greco Roman Wrestling, and Judo.
We are proud to claim that our Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu training and curriculum is mentored and headed by Professor Marco "Sharpei" Machado. A third degree Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and Judo Black Belt. He is a certified instructor and proud member of Team Checkmat Brazil!

The club members trains every Wednesday, and Friday at 19:15-22:00.
