PT Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) memiliki sub bisnis baru yaitu Pesona E-commerce yang basisnya menjual oleh-oleh dari Nusantara secara online. Karena sedang berkembang, Pesona membutuhkan karyawan baru untuk menjadi bagian dari Tim Pesona yang muda dan dinamis! Berikut adalah list requirement yang dibutuhkan :
1. PESONA Copywriter :
Job Description:
• Familiarizing with the product of pesona, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
• Write articles, bulletins, sales letters, speeches, newsletter, weekly report, and other related informative, marketing and promotional material.
• Consult with sales, media and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service and discuss style and length of advertising copy.
• Write advertising copy for use by publication, broadcast or internet media to promote the sale of goods and services.
• Write engaging, persuasive, search-optimized copy for our website, with emphasis on product descriptions.
Specific Qualification:
• Female max 30 years old
• Be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services.
• Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy.
• Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Accurate translation skills (Both of Bahasa Indonesia and English).
• Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
• Having knowledge of various type of culinary, handy craft, cultural, and others.
2. Online Shop Executive Officer (6-8 persons)
Job Description:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing suppliers or customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Gathering market and supplier/customer information;
• Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
• Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues or a seminar/workshop event.
Specific Qualification:
• Female max 30 years old
• Have experiences in hospitality or tourism industry will be advantages.
• Active in social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and other group Messengers.
• Keep up-to-date with Gadget Mobile trends.
• Having knowledge of various type of culinary, handy craft, and others
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to generate quality marketing activities.

3. Customer Services for PESONA :
Job Description:
• Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services;
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
• Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
• Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a customer being taken ill;
• Issuing refunds or delivery status to customers;
• Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing;
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
• Meeting with managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service;
Specific Qualification:
• Male or Female max 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communication or equivalent from Reputable University.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have at least 1 years of working experience as a customer service.
• Fluent in oral and written English
• Having knowledge of various type of culinary, handy craft, cultural, and others.
4. E-Commerce Operations :
Job Description :
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Coordinate all branches agent of JNE related with e-commerce PESONA.
• Gather all report of agency expenses and other surcharges related to e-commerce PESONA.
• Supervise and coach office branches head on a regular basis.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency updating of contents (product descriptions, product measurements such as weight and dimension, photos, videos, pricing, quantity, etc) in order to encourage buying.
• Assures efficient and timely processing of merchandise and anticipates requirements and plans accordingly.
• Works with other departments and divisions to resolve problems and ensure efficient service.
• Schedules operations teamwork to meet production plan.
• Trains, develops and evaluates operations teamwork in assigned areas to ensure high accuracy.
• Maintains effective communication to ensure productivity, morale and performance of associates.
• Reduce delivery costs and time (from order placement to customer delivery) by improving carrier costs, optimizing and consolidating orders/routes, and implementing advanced technologies.
• Day-to-day service management of ecommerce PESONA websites.
• Provide all reports related with e-commerce order transaction and performances (including people, delivery services, product, sales, charges, packaging, etc).
• Identify, Coordinate with Branches and report any new product or potential UKM to e-commerce PESONA.
Specific Qualification:
• At least 2-3 years experience in Retail/Supply chain and e-commerce.
• Experience with implementing continuous improvement and innovation into e-commerce fulfillment processes and systems will be advantages.
• Knowledge of process design and order management systems.
• Excellent supply chain, logistics, forecasting and inventory management skills.
• Strong background and work experience in Handling Order/Retail Operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
• Knowledge of food quality and safety delivery and ISO document related with food.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation.
General Qualification for all above vacant positions:

• Proficient in English both verbally and written.
